The Cameroon People Democratic Movement (CPDM) Fako I C communal campaign was launched at Njalla Quan Complex in Man O’ War Bay, Limbe III Subdivision. Mayor Nseke Dibotti emphasized unity among militants, stating that the spontaneous fundraiser during the launch showed the need for unity to achieve their goal. He encouraged supporters to rally behind President Paul Biya for another mandate, highlighting the progress made in Limbe III Subdivision under his leadership .

During the launch on Tuesday September 30, 2025, the communal campaign head of the ruling Cameroon People Democratic Movement (CPDM), the Mayor of Limbe III, Nseke Dibotti Luma, urged the militants and sympathizers to come out in their numbers on October 12 and give their natural candidate Paul Biya an overwhelming victory.
